Ok, i know it's not very well explained how to do it. I wonder if this is done on purpose on this forum?
for the Normal and hardcore saves, do as follows:
1) backup your file, not really needed but just in case something goes wrong
2)copy your savefile to a usb stick
3)replace the file 'GAMESAV' with the one you downloaded on 1st page
4) insert stick into your ps3 and copy it back
5) start game, select Continue campaign and bing....trophy
It worked for me but i already completed the campaign on normal legit and had all other trophies (legit again), so I don't know if this makes a difference.
In any case, if you're using these hacks make sure to complete the game 1st, just for the fun, that's why you bought the game in the first place right?

No it's just assuming you know how to trophy hack.
For the Hardcore save you should need a Profile save aswell. It's the same thing just put it into your Profile save.

This is incorrect, I used Normal first without moving the profile portion save, finished the game got squad slayer and ship it, and nothing more, then i did hardcore save and copied the profile as well, which loaded me right at the end saw credits then i got hardcore and any difficulty trophies. As well as mission select to do the rest of the trophies i need without having to do the entire game.
I am however having problems with Perfect Rescue, its pi$$ing me off any suggestions to make it easier or someone with a closer checkpoint? I get to the helicopter crash and after that i lose a POW and it saves a checkpoint, its very very annoying, any help?
I'll do Hitchhicker for anyone who cant do it but who can get me Perfect Rescue and Heroic Rescue

Run, from the starting position, to your left. There are some tall hills. If you climb the hills there will be 4 or 5 Spec Ops on top. You should kill them easily. Then go down the hill on the other side into a small valley and come back up again on the other side.
Then all you need to do is go downhill and storm the LZ. I recommend using the sniper.
This method takes quite a while but it's a lot easier than fighting the PLA in the helicopter.
I'll see if I have a save...
