You cannot get the challenge of the gods trophy's by loading the save. You still have to beat the challenges. There is also a Plat save for GOW 1 and 2 in this thread.

if you download a save that has the challenges completed, you just repeat 1 challenge to get the trophy to pop, or this is what i did in gow3.
