In the rar, there are five files. One file for the end of each level, (except the first level), near the end boss. Kill the boss and finish the part after that and if it works, you will get the complete X episode trophy.

Has a LOAD of DLC and when last on the game, about 50% of the trophies including the two trophies for getting X amount of points total.

It is US, but with my testing of other games, the region does not matter. Others have also reported that this is true.
