Just play any of the veteran trophy missions example the first one and you'll get the veteran one without having to do the other missions. Zombies and intel you'll have to do on your own with a new save or a backed up one of your own

This is much simpiler than the Veteran Mission Game Save.
Requirements:
- FTP Server (Preferably Black Box and FileZilla)
- Just 5 mintues of your time.
- Install a Patch if you have not already, doesn't have to be the most recent (1.06)
- Start your FTP Server and navigate to the folder just like before (above Tutorial), and create a backup if you did not already do so.
- Do NOT DELETE any of the files!!!
- Copy ALL files from the Downloaded Packages to the B********-AUTO- folder.
- Close the FTP Server and Run Black Ops
- Go to Campaign and Resume
- If Corrupted Data pops up, just press Circle.
- Now do what ever you need to do, run or collect.
- Run the FTP Server again and Replace your files.
- Done.
- Now we need something for Zombie Trophies

If you get a Black Screen or White Screen at the End of a Mission:
Make sure you have the Following:
Instructions:
- Open up FileZilla, or whatever Program you are using for the FTP Server.
- In the PS3, navigate to-/dev_hdd0/home/********/savedata/*********-AUTO-
- Copy the Files to where ever you please, this will be your BackUp.
- Now take the Files in the Downloaded Package and copy/overwrite them into the folder you extracted the previous files from.
- Now go back to your backup Files and Copy ICON0.png and PARAM.SFO back in there. (These files contain coding that links to your account so when you load it-it will not say "This is another user's...etc.")
- Go to your XMB (PS3 Dashboard) and go to 'Game Data Utility' and Delete the Black Ops Data (This is the Patch)
- I'm not going to explain how to use Patch Blocker- (Look it up your self) -Run the Patch Blocker
- Run Black Ops
- Play the Following Missions to Get all the trophies linked with beating the game on Veteran Difficulty. *Play on Regular since some missions Freeze on Recruit and the Following Missions have been confirmed to work by You must login or register to view this content..
- Operation 40 - Cold Warrior & BLACK OP MASTER
- SOG - Down and Dirty
- Numbers - It's your funeral
- Crash Site - Not Today
- Redemption - Burn Notice
- Now you should have All the Veteran Trophies Except Light foot.
- Now go back to the XMB and Delete the Black Ops data and Replace you Old Data via USB or FTP Server

Follow the tutorial on the first page, tells you what files to replace. Replace everything except the PARAM.SFO file

You don't replace the PARAM.SFO that contains your account info it gives you the "Can't use other peoples game save"

thats what I did, but still data corrupt error, don't worry I did everything right, like the GT5 save and all others
Is it working on the new patch or patch doesn't matter?

Are you replacing the PARAM.SFO? Because your not suppose to. Everything except that file.

hmm thats weird. I can't actually try it since I'm not using cfw anymore but i don't think a patch would matter. So data corrupt while the game is running or your save is corrupt on XMB? If in game does it give you the option to press circle?

yea it occurs in the game, when you start black ops, at the after the intro video, it has the black ops wallpaper and its reading the HDD and a message from XMB (during the game) says Data is Corrupted, Please Delete File and continue and shows me the list of my game files for deletion (for this the black ops file), and no it did not give me a option to press circle (it did but it kept pushing this message to delete first), I am using geohot's CFW 3.55, but however, 2 days ago before, I had never ran black ops and refuse to update patch (i was offline on cfw 3.55), it gave me a data corrupt error but allowed me to press circle to cancel and loads fine, but I have not finish a mission on veteran using your save at that time so I don't know if this work or not before patch'

I don't know if this matters any more but here is a save for the Burn Notice trophy that people seem to be freezing on. Just load it up, resume the game, clear the room of enemies and open the door and the trophy should pop after the cut scene. Note: This save is actually on veteran so it might take some time to clear the room.
I tested this with a dummy account and it does work for the US I can not say if it does for other types.
