On say, PS 1 - it was signed up to psn. @ 50% trophies
Transferred to PS 2 -save transferred to a new user
Loaded up, trophies popped, trophies synced...
And it can be done 2 a new user..?

There is noway i had played ANY.. i mean not even 1 minute worth of GT5 and yet 40% trophies....?

You want to prove it then pony up the save.

I cant sign up for mega upload or mediafire mate, ill send the save to you and you upload it.
Then copy it like any other save hack.
Transfer all files btw as well, the whole save

I don't see how it's possible though because game saves are user locked.

the last update took the copy right off mate, i dont know y everyone thinks that I am lying... what would i gain from that?
All i know is I got 40% worth of trophies for playing absolutley NONE of Gran Turismo 5, and not having GT inserted bforehand or signed up to psnetwork

It took the copyright off, but I still wasn't able to copy my game save from one profile to another. :/
