Try to create it yourself. In your multiman folder there is a .rar file called [EBOOT_pkg] or something. Unpack that file and you'll get a ebootFIX.exe.
Now drag your PS3_GAME folder over this .exe file and a black window will appear, creating a .pkg for that game.

well thats not my problem, my problem is the trophy registration part, I downloaded it & it was pal & I have a NTSC ps3

Since the PS3 is region free it shouldn't matter what game your play on your console. Try my method above. Maybe your game is in PAL but the pkg you downloaded was for a NTSC version of the game.. Maybe it works

lol me being ungrateful, read before you post, I'm looking for help I said nothing about playing from xmb
