1. Sign Up At RedDotCity.com
   
   
2. Go to forums and look for JB 3.55
   
   
3. Download it
   
   
4. Extract to desktop
   
   
5. Now in your usb make a folder named PS3
   
   
6. Inside that make another folder called UPDATE
   
   
7. now go to your desktop that you extracted the file to and open the folder, till you go to where it says PS3UPDAT.PUP
   
   
8. Cut it and place it in the UPDATE folder you created in your USB Flashdrive
   
   
9. Now Safely Remove Flash Drive
   
   
10. Go to PS3 and insert USB FlashDrive
    
    
11. Now on your PS3 go to System Update, and select Via media Storage
    
    
12. Agree to the terms of the installation and click OK
    
    
13. The file should install, and your ps3 will beeb a whole bunch of times
    
    
14. Turn on your PS3 and now you are able to install custom PACKAGES for any game

ALSO: If it still doesn't work than you need to optimize your USB FLASHDRIVE to SAFLY REMOVE MODE
