- Get REBUG 3.55.1 and install it
- Go in to the REBUG mode with the Selector
- Now go to your trophys and find the GT-R one from GT5
- Press Triangle /\ and select Unlock to get the trophy
When you do that and it was your last trophy then it will automatic
unlock the Platinum one.

I'm going to update my other console. I've got 3 3.55 PS3's.

UPDATE: I compared the TROPSYS.DAT files and the TROPUSR.DAT for Fallout New Vegas before and after using the Debug unlock feature and the only file that changed upon comparison was the TROPUSR.DAT file. I'm not sure its going to work as I'm certain that the TROPSYS file has to be updated with the trophirs you have unlocked so it can sync.

hmmm so they maybe won't sync then? have you tried to sync on your official ps3 console?

i was thinking the same but i dont want to loose aother ps3 with 3.60


maybe if i find a fat model (cheap) can try the unlock trophy and then update........

I got 3 PS3's on 3.55 but one of them has YLOD (for the 3rd time). That PS3 is on it's way out but I think I should be able to get an hour out of it just to see if this works.
