I restored my ps3 about a month ago and ever since then i get an error when i try to play Mw2. When I start Mw2 an error comes up that says: Registration of the trophy information could not be completed. The game will quit. (8002291A)

Please Somebody Help Me. /:

I've tried deleting my Mw2 patch. Didn't work.
I've tried the thing where you hold down The On/Off switch. Didn't Work
I've tried a full and quick restore. Didn't work.
I've tried earning a trophy in a diffrent game. Didn't work

Have you tried deleting the trophy data for MW2. Might be the only way to continue.

I don't know how to do that.

hdd0_dev/home/00000XXX/trophy/ here look for the folder of your game and delete.

via FTP or multiman or file manager

Anyway to do that without a JB?

sync your trophies.....

then restore ps3 system. from recovery menu...option 5

i dont know man. your trophies will be deleted...when everythin finish just sync again and your good trophies will be there
