Np. I am also thinking of making one for a 99flag and a last feather for Brotherhood.
But I heard collecting the flags is easier then feathers.

they r really e z cuz if u get 25 flags u can buy maps from paint dealers in acb tht will tell u where the flags n feathers are ? is this a cfw hack n whts pal lol sry hvnt been on this site n awhile

Ofcourse it's a cfw. You also need also rebug for fake save data I guess.
You can also find the flags on gameradar no problem for it.
