Haxor!
Go to -> Mission Select and look all levels have 4 statues, find the one have 3 statues, repeat the mission and see a video guide with the location
the missing statue is on 2-5 the last one in that mission by the doorway at the top of the hill (thx xxfearxx)

Do a barrel roll!
just tested this, works fine, the missing statue is on 2-5 the last one in that mission by the doorway at the top of the hill
if you go past the doorway youre supposed to enter and then turn so youre facing down the hill with your back to the building the doorway is in you should see it in front of you a few feet away on a ledge
