you basically need to do one more thing of everything and trophies pop. im not sure any pop on load up, i used a different save but as this is complete it will have the same effect

Not everything done once makes trophy pop. Some trophies you have to still do legit :/

i didnt have that problem everything that required multiple things i only did once.

CFW, no you need to read the above comments, it worked fine on my OFW i dont bother with cfw not since last year

I'm try this save with xploder on OFW. Work.
I get after 1 kill: Now it's Personal, Fight to the Last
And after 1 brutal melee kill: Hand to Hand Master

also, if you play on elite difficulty you get elite campaing trophy
