I just used the famous one to unlock the other trophies I needed, but in trying to unlock Salt Over Snow the game crashed after about forty sodding minutes of driving, and I really can't stand the thought of starting from scratch. It would absolutely do my head in to have it conk out on me again like that.

There isn't a save that will give you these trophies automatically, but there is a way to save a lot of time in getting these long distance trophies. The hack save (where you got the other trophies) has all zones and vista points unlocked. Now, using the map, teleport to the starting camp and when you arrive, exit to "Free Ride" and then go back into the map and select the vista point near to the destination camp. You'll still need to do some driving and have to enter the camp for the trophy to unlock........ it took me about 10 mins at the most for each trophy (I used the bike), but still considerably a lot less than 40 mins.

I think you can use livery locations as well to teleport to as well, but don't use the helipads (as the trophy description says you cannot use the Chopper).
