(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); How does this work?

Ex: Lets say I want to Platinum Infamous on PS3. Do I just download the files, place them on my usb stick, plug it in my ps3, copy the file on my ps3 & then load the game using that save?

Sorry for the newbie. I heard you have to hack your ps3 somewhere & I'm just looking for a game save right before certain trophy unlock.
