when i try to install patch for it from my install pkg files i get a error

You don't need the Level 2 patcher unless you are running Linux on your console as all of the CFW's now are pre-patched with it already.

What CFW are you using? If you are not using either Kmeaw, Rebug, or PS3 Ultimate then you should really put one of them on because they are the ones that run smoother.

You need to install the update package for Brink because it is made with the 3.50 keys and will make it work on 3.55. I can PM you the update package link if you need it.

im currently on 3.55 gehot fw..and also whenever i back up a game ex. Black ops, it gets to either 18% or 87% and just stops there it dosent load the rest..what do u suggest?

I suggest that you put on a different CFW.......Geohot's fw is not good enough, really.
