Not tested but probably doable as this save has all characters unlocked
go to the Museum and select Character Encyclopedia, click on any character and select Profile on that character and then just scroll every character using L1 / R1

BRONZE - Trivia King - View all character profiles in the Museum's Character Encyclopedia.

Android #18 --> fashion complete
videl --> music complete

Wait What you need to do for fashion complete and music complete? Do I need to pick the said characters and play against android13? What u need to do exactly? For the fashion and bgm? Just need some clarification on this. Thanks

for fashion complete in galaxy mode select android 18 and win a battle, the opponent I think that it does not matter , I do not remember who was my opponent

for music complete in galaxy mode select videl (gohan's wife) and win a battle, the opponent I think that it does not matter , mi opponent was gohan

for capsule corp in galaxy mode select androdid 16 and fight versus android 13 fusion and a win the battle

i tried what you said and nothing popped up. picked the characters you said and fought different opponents and nothingpopped. im still needing fashion complete,music complete, come forth shenron, popporunga,...the last 2 are online ones win 50 matches and title hunter..
