I have earned substantial amount of trophies while on the jb system, however when I updated to the new fw and synced with server they do not appear on my card. Yet they are still there in the trophies of the game section. Has anyone else had this problem?

did u actually earn them with saves or with the rebug "unlock" option because the rebug trophies won't sync.

No I didn't use rebug option... I did have rebug fw though.

NO, I actually completed them as I played the game. I'm afraid that if I will replay the games the unlocked trophies won't unlock so I can sync them.

Even tough you earned the trophies LEGIT im 100% sure that you left the fake savedata option ON,you should've turned it OFF cause earning trophies Legit with that option being ON the trophies wont sync

i did the same mistake you did,i earned trophies but after updating they did not sync cause i forgot to turn off that shitty option,im afraid there is nothing you can do,make a backup off your PS3 and format,then recover the account and trophies and start to play the games all over again
