follow the steps below:

1.run the game on ur ps3 and create ur game save.
2.use the "transferring" function,transfer ur game save into a cfw psp
3.use cheat plugins such as CFM and play the game on psp.check a trophy guide to find what u have to finish.
4.transfer the game save back to ur ps3,u can unlock all the trophies easliy as long as u have completed them on psp.

it may take about 20-30 hrs to plat pw hd with this method if ur new to this game
