UPDATE: Andrew has been kind enough to convert my EU save to a US save on page 5 so please thank him for it.
andrew253650: I have converted a BLES00450 NFS Undercover's SFO using Hex Editing into BLUS30248. So now anyone with the US Version of NFS Undercover AKA BLUS30248 can now get the platinum! YOU NEED XPLODER FOR THIS TO WORK!

1. Download then put on your usb.
2. Drag the file to the left on Xploder on top of My Ps3 Gamesaves.
3. Hit Copy.
4. Now drag the save from the left and put it on top of the save on the right.
5. It will come up with an error ignore it and hit ok.
6. Now delete NFS Undercover gamedata and copy the savedata to the ps3.
7. Install gamedata and update to 1.02.
8. Watch the trophies pop!

I can confirm that this still works on OFW as of Sept. 30, 2016 with the U.S. version,
Below are the steps that worked for me. It's possible that you don't need the v1.02 patch or be online, but that's how *I* got them to pop, so I'm mentioning it.
1. If you already have the game installed, delete the install under Game Data Utility on the PS3's XMB. Also delete your game save.
* NOTE: Unless you back-up your original save to the PS Plus "cloud", you will not be able to get your progess back later on.
2. Copy this save to the PS3.
3. Make sure your PS3 is connected online, put the disc in, and press Triangle on its menu item. Use Check For Update to install the v1.02 patch.
4. Run the game, and install the game data when prompted.
5. Right after that, you'll see the EA Terms & Conditions screen. You don't need to bother selecting "agree" or going any further, as ALL remaining trophies that you need will start popping while you are on this screen.
If you have zero trophies to begin with, you will get ALL 51 right now, including the Platinum.
The will generally pop in the order listed here...
