I found this while I was looking for boosters to grind out the manuals and the levels, it will cut about 400 hours off the platinum leaving only the manuals as the most difficult/time consuming trophy but that can easily be achieved with a couple of boosters. I thought this was the best section to place this in since no one plays this game unless they're chasing the platinum.

If starting from a high level, just keep setting a diamond and unsetting it over and over until you reach lvl 1 with zero xp (when on zero xp you can notice suicides stop substracting 5 points), then just do the same as above, add 10 by killing then substract 5 by suiciding.
In both cases, you will end the game being level 1 with only 5xp won. Now wait at least a minute and go check your online stats by rankings (so you can see the actual stats saved by the Ubisoft servers, not the local stats saved by the game). If you can see your level 1 with 5xp then you did it well and game got saved properly. But if you cant, even after a time long waiting time, then last game broke before player stats were updated, so you have to repeat the process.
2nd game:
Once game starts, suicide once to subtract 5xp then wait for game to finish. You can check things go as expected by suiciding again, it wont substract another 5xp because you are already on the zero points cap.
Now this has to be done quite fast, as soon as game ends and you see yourself in the lobby again, restart local data by resetting the game or by checking aditional content on the main menu so it brings you to the web browser. Then hurry up and go back to the game so it leeches online data from the Ubisoft servers just before online data gets updated. You can check it worked as properly because after the 2nd game you should have zero xp but game now tells you that you still have 5xp on your profile. So if done it properly, you now have zero xp saved online but 5xp saved locally, which allows you to break the 0xp cap limit.
3rd game:
No need to hurry now, just go find a game and repeat 2nd game behavior by suiciding at least once so you substract 5xp again then wait for the game to finish. Once the game has finished, wait for a bit then restart the game.
While you're waiting, this is what happens. Ubi servers update online stats by adding (or substracting) the amount of xp you won in last game, but their servers are flawed because zero cap check is only performed on the game itself. The servers will just substract 5xp from your zero xp making it negative (-5px in this case) which the game reads as a positive (about 4 thousand million xp ^_^) thanks to another design flaw.
So once you start the game again, go online and you'll see your new lvl 30 and the "Grand Warlord" title on screen, but the trophy itself wont pop up until you join another game and get into a lobby. The trophy is then granted without even having to play the 4th game you join.
Once you have completed all that, just reset the diamonds from rank 30 and derank yourself all the way down to 5 so that you get all the rank related trophies in the process, then restart the game to get back onto your level 30.
NOTE
If you want the trophies to look legit then I suggest you boost to level 20 first and then perform this glitch, I did it from level 1 so all my trophies are backwards lol (rank 30 > 5).
