• --I’ve Collected 49/100 (just pick any of the remaining 51 and this will pop)
  
• Bleeder's Digest - SILVER - Discover all of Mary's Teachings.
  
• --I’ve collected 9/10 (see PDF in rar for last one)

• Blood Junkie - SILVER - Collect all Canopic Jars and max out your blood meter.
  
• --I’ve collected 99/100 (see PDF in rar for last one)
  
• Stakehouse Stake - BRONZE - 20 hidden Firstborn vampires.
  
• -- I’ve staked 19/20
  
• Underground Tour - BRONZE - Return to the underground while no mission is active and travel from one end of the catacombs to the other.
  
• -- go back to the fort and enter the catacombs again... go all the way to the end where the game started... trophy will pop...

There's others that are completed on each of these saves that will possibly just pop after you complete one and get a trophy... not sure which, if any, will on yours, but it might...
