i dont have ac revelations to test, but i can confirm its just like using cfw you will get trophies, ive tried with many other games

Cool. I would buy it now so I can test AC:R but the xploder servers are down >_>

nope... you get NOTHING.... I have xploder.. So it thinks it's my gamesave but everything's done already
therefore not giving you any trophies...
