by the looks of things it looks like their servers are down, could be because they only had small servers and now after all this demand we have crashed them. by january 3rd i think everyone will be back to work well atleast in the uk they will be, and by then we will find out if not have the xploder servers fixed and back online.

so just be patient, the money we paid for the program will probably be put to use now upping their servers.

if the program fails to work again then of course get your money back as its not doing what its stating for many of you thats resigning saves as your own.

I'm not being funny, but this does seem like a really poor service to just put servers down when people are paying a price for the product. I wouldn't be happy at all.

I get it, thanks for clearing this up, but in the end, it seems that they just don't have sufficient resources or they're just not prepared to mantain this kind of service.
Keeping in mind that xploder is not for free...

its back working fine and to be honest i havent received any disrupted service being in the uk i havent noticed it has been down even when others have stated it is perhaps there are uk and rest of the world servers

The program is not working , I cant register , also sometimes it says my product key expired , WTF ??? I didn't even try it . PLZ help

I think they need to review their server maintenance window, and/or look into getting a new server or programming an alternative method so that save re-signing is done offline via the software, and not via a server. If the purpose of server-based save re-signing was to stop many people using one registered login then it's simple, request the sign-in (which, ironically, works even if the server is DOWN!), then perform the save re-signing via the program.

You wouldn't mind if the program was free, or even a small price like £2 for example, but not when it's a penny shy of £15 and the server goes down almost twice nightly? I'd suggest if people aren't happy about it to go and contact Xploder support and just politely tell them you're unhappy with the service particularly for the cost involved.
