Just the SYS-DATA file and you should be good.
Make sure your save isn't getting corrupted by pulling the USB out of your PC... sometimes that messes peoples' saves up on the rare occasion.

Im sure its not getting corrupted while pulling it out of my computer. I deleted the patch, cancelled the update and when I was in the game I tried to load the save and it got to 80% before it said corrupted. I do not know what the problem might be.

Try copying over the ICON file as well as the SYS-DATA file. It's been so long since I did the Tomb Raider hack that I've half-forgotten myself why it may have gotten corrupted.

I copied both the SYS-DATA and the ICON and still got the corruption error when I was loading it.

Then, I'm stumped. Sorry.
