the trophies are gay this way, as you dont get any timestamps aswell which is even more pointless

same as me. my file structure looks like this : /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30179/USRDIR/UNREALENGINE3/TDGAME/COOKEDPS3

and nowhere in these folders does it contain the ini> file to replace so how are our directories different? please help me on this> thanks

It looks like your trying to put this file in your update folder.
It needs to go in the GAME folder if on the hardrive
