From what I have seen so far its only the folder name and sfo file that needs to be edited
Its very easy,open the sfo file in any hex program
Heres a super street fighter lV example BLUS30453SSF4-SAVEDATA changed to pal BLES00770SSF4-SAVEDATA then change the folder to suit done its that simple

For the record, I tried this with Dead Rising 2, converting a US (BLUS) save file to European (BLES) and it didn't work.
I tried both methods, changing the folder name and hex editing the SFO file, as well as just copying the SFO file from my EU save to the US save.
EDIT!!

2. copy the contents of the blus save, except the .sfo and paste them in the bles folder.
3. add the file to xploder
4. now assign the save to the user. you will get an error, but ignore it.

Thank you. I tried this method with DJ Hero 2, and it worked. Hex edited the game ID in the .sfo file, changed the folder name, ran through Xploder, and got the trophies.

And changing from the digital version to the retail version?

yea that works too :y:
like my example in the tutorial.

i used prince of persia version PSN and i found a save from the retail disc, and the saves works its like changing region

can u do this 4 me i have a fully completed mw3 save 4 spec ops and campain but is blus and im bles can u resign a save 4 me ?

ok i have a question someone has sent me a blus308090000 game save that they want me to hack using exploder but the hack on exploder is bles013810000 how can i do this i no its possible but i only see ways of changing another region to your own not the other way round plz help
