I checked the Tower missions, all completed... so I thought to try playing one of them and completing it maybe trophy would pop.. it didn't.. oh well it was worth a try!

Also tried online King of the hill match to see if that would pop as the points are over 20k.. it didn't pop

AGAIN worth a try!

Edit:
Here is MY game save for MK9. I have Hidden Combatant 3 trophy.. so.. try this game save.. never know what trophies may pop Smile

This save didn't pop any of these trophies for me. Did one ladder match with sub-zero and fatality just as described.
