Because the link was dead en there was a request I uploaded the saves. Hope it helps!
- Retail Version
The first save (1) (Credits goes to SHAKA) will give you:
- The first stage of the podium
- The rainy side of the street
- All roads lead to Rome
- Mister Pole Position
- International Series
- I'm in love with my car
- A present for you!
The second save (2) (Credit goes to Pocxkidrive) will give you the rest of the trophies including the PLATINUM.
- US PSN Version
Just resign and load up the save and let it rain!

Maybe because xploder didnt resign your new save.
Insert USB and open xploder
In the xploder menu drag the save from the right (USB side) to your gamesaves folder
Remember to have a save file on your USB from your PS3 user ID any game will do
Drag the save from the gamesave folder back to the USB but in your user ID
Ignore the notification
Now the save should be resigned and unprotected
