Can’t trickshot me!
Save files won't unlock these trophies so unfortunately you'll have to get these yourself.

Sorry :(

Dream Drifter
Go to Arcade Mode -> Drift Trial -> Snow and Dirt -> Chamonix - Main.

Then chose the Ford Focus RS WRC 07 '08 and make sure it says Sector Mode in the Drift Type option. This track has 5 sectors. The first sector is the key. Your goal should be able to get 6,000 points or more in this sector. Watch your speed, and angle your car about 45º. Underneath is some point values you should aim for:

Sector 1: 6,000++
Sector 2: 1,500
Sector 3: 500
Sector 4: 500
Sector 5: 1,500

Within One Hundreth
Win a race by a margin of 0.01 seconds or less.

This can be a difficult trophy to get if you try for it. Your best bet would be to do it in the first NASCAR Special Event (unlocks at Level 2). Any NASCAR event or race is a good chance for this trophy, but the event mentioned here is very short and fast to retry if you don't get it at first.

Human Stopwatch
Complete three consecutive laps with time within 0.2 seconds of the Best Lap Time.

The easiest way to get this trophy is to wait until you are A-Spec Level 1. Then you will get a Go Kart. Then follow these steps.

1. Set PDI RACING KART 100 as one of your favorites
2. Go to Arcade Mode Time Trial and choose Superspeedway - Indy as the track
3. Choose PDI RACING KART 100 as your vehicle
4. Race 4 laps and stick to racing line (be very gentle with the turns)

The first lap is used to set a Best Time and in the following 3 laps, you have to finish within 0.200 of the Best Time. By following this method, my differences varied between 0.001 to 0.035, well within the requirements. Thanks to rankftw for the tip. If you're patient, you are likely to get it without trying when you get to the Indy 500 Endurance Race (unlocks at LV 2Cool Man (aka Tustin).

GT-R Official Record Trophy
If you're really that stuck then use this glitch, personally, I didn't think the trophy was very hard but most beg to differ.

First drive to the glitch location I am showing in the video (check the map) and get through. Now drive to the finish line without being reset onto the track again (never leave the track longer than 5 sec.) and start the next lap. You should be under the track all the time and there are plenty of shortcuts you can take. You only have to be careful at the glitch entry point during your 2nd lap, but you can take a shortcut there anyway. If you have any poblems in the second lap then watch part 2 of this video:

The glitch only works with update 1.10 hence you have to downgrade if you want to use the glitch and before I receive another million questions on how to downgrade here is how it works:
Delete the GT5 game data in the game data utility folder on your ps3 and then start the game. Now download and install all updates up to the sixth one which is 1.10. As soon as update 7 starts (got 62 MB) press the circle button to cancel. That's it.
Keep in mind that you lose everything that is saved in the game data (pictures, replays and thumbnails). You will also lose the cars from 2011 if you played on version 2.0 already. No need to say that you can't go online with GT5 if you play on an older version.
Always keep a backup copy of your savefile on a USB-stick just to be on the safe side.
GT5 update history:
1) 608 MB = 1.05
2) 301 MB = 1.06
3) 47 MB = 1.07
4) 1763 KB = 1.08
5) 48 MB = 1.09
6) 380 MB = 1.10
7) 62 MB = 1.11
Cool Man (aka Tustin) 13 MB = 1.12
9) 1149 KB = 1.13
10) 1192 MB = 2.00
11) 112 MB = 2.01
12) 246 MB = 2.02

Stop being lazy and actually use the search function once in a while.

For GT-R Official Record delete GT5 in your game data utility, then start GT5 and let it update until it reaches update #7 (its shown in the top right) cancel it, so let 6 finish but not 7! That will make you be on update 1.10
Then follow this video to get under the map to complete the lap easily under the 7min time (i did it in around 6mins 30secs):

If you have trouble making the full lap under the map watch this:

Then to get the other trophy's follow this guide:
You must login or register to view this content.

I just got my plat the other day using these so good luck Smile

Totally of topic I apologise but I'm just curious to know. Is Gran Turismo 5 a good game? I kinda lost interest on how long it took to be released.

This glitch doesnt work for the GTR because when u go to arcade, it just freezes. because you have the newer cars on the older patch....

doesnt work, unless u probably made a new save and unlocked the track.
