I missed a few trophies on my second play through... namely Master Craftsman & Supplier.

And my game save is corrupt (not sure why?)...

As a side note, did you play the Mark of the Assassin DLC? There's a save bug Bioware NEVER fixed, after a certain point in the DLC saves will be corrupted indefinitely regardless of what you try.

I actually went back and replayed the game, then posted the saves for the trophies.

Yes I played Mark of the Assassin, but I never encountered the bug.
