it will unlock them just make a save before the quest is complete and upload

do you have a save with lots of magic regen and lots of carry weight? i need a save for a second character and i cant do the restoration potion glitch on my current character.

Well 5,000 magica is more than enough for any battle I think it takes 5 mins of straight flames to use all of it. I can make a save with lots of carry weight if you want it. Do you need them on the same character or different saves?

I would be interested in that save with the carry weight added to it as well. Do you have any other saves with overpowered weapons or armor?

all the mods on 1 save file if possible.
