Dynasty Warriors 7 [US]: platinum save with a lot (but not all) of DLC weapons and costumes. Not sure if it'll work if you don't have these DLCs. Everything unlocked / purchased according to platinum requirements, but most characters are not maxed as I mostly stuck to my favorite guys after maxing everyone's skills.

Note: I didn't include the PARAM.SFO file so you'll have to use your own (just create a save)

Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom [US]: can't remember if this is a save before or after the final boss (been awhile). In either case everything is maxed according to platinum requirements. Again, PARAM.SFO file is removed, so use your own by creating a save first.
