Are you sure it is 100%? Says you got 40/42 medals; can't do a challenge room because it says game not completed. Don't you have a save before final boss
Trophies that pop, tested on a dummy account:
HONOUR
PRIVATE EYE
For these 2 trophies to pop, load the game then dive deep in the water and after opening the door you will find a document, press SQUARE and both trophies will instantly pop.
On MAIN account, in which i finished the game already, challenge room is accessible. I tried doing 1 challenge room and failed (survived 2 full rounds) but trophy did not pop

I just tested Bejeweled, Awesomenauts, Topatoi, and Hamsterball with Xploader on US console and games.
Bejeweled - Works as described!
Awesomenauts - Gave me the kill 1000 droids and kill 25 turrets trophies.
Topatoi - Got all stars in 1st level and got all trophies but the fuel trophy and the berry trophy.
Hamsterball - Did NOT work. Starts you fresh when you load it up. (Did anyone figure out how to get this save to work on US version yet???)
