You can use this to max out some of Serah and Noel's stats.

Not only will this trick work with any region of the game, it will also work on PS3 consoles OFW and CFW alike.

Yeah, need to follow that one on 11, might be because of values in game not supporting it somehow, I dunno.

Also, I read that this works as a 1 time use.. After using up the effect for items etc, you need to hack the save again to make it full of item values, CP etc

You know there is an OFW hack for that game right? Look up End of Eternity (its the same game they have OFW saves for it end of each stage + bonus fights)
