i brought the xploder cheat system and installed it but i didnt have a product key :/
so i started a ticket on xploder support and included an image of my packaging as proof as thats what they asked.
it has been over a week now and still no reply. has this happened to anyone else? i jus want to use my product because at the minute it is rendered useless

same thing happened to me and when i opened a ticket it took them about a week to send me a key and it works great now

so.. just wait a bit longer?

Ahh wow that sucks man sorry to hear about that. With some patience they will get around to it eventually. Just hang in there and they will get it to you.

i bought mine online and the product code was sent automatically - check your spam folders.

Same here. And if you lose your install.exe you can just download it from the product section of your account.
