Damn that stinks

i think i read somewhere someone saying if you complete the last level of campaign you'll get the trophies for difficulty/golds etc.
anyway i can upload my save when i get home today, it has campaign completed on twisted with all golds in both single player and coop. also almost all other trophies done as well, just missing all sales are final the 30 days of straight wins which refuses to pop.
