Do a barrel roll!
I didn't see any save that had this, but I felt I would go ahead and post this.
If you open Save 2 and whistle and then knock out the guy you should get the Boot-Call trophy.
If it doesn't pop make sure you did it correctly. Whistle to get the guys attention and then quickly knock him out by grabbing or punching.

I felt this was one of the more tedious trophies and hopefully this will help people get it.
