Thanks but I have trouble changing the region. I copy everything except for sfo and icon after every step I plug in usb then i get corrupted error

Sorry should have asked you... you want these for US Region correct?

Oh right... and I forgot... the MW3 saves require you to also replace your profile save.
I suggest backing up your existing save... so after you get the trophies you want, you can replace the new saves with your old profile.
