Note: This will work with Xploder and CFW for those who have it!
I have worked very hard getting these saves. Please dont leech.Credit me and ask me before you use my work somewhere else! Now for the trophies you get a few the trophies you get are probably the MOST time consuming and definitely the trophies that make this game that much easier to plat. Myself and members from NGU have tested my Saves and we have to come the conclusion these are the trophies given with each save:

Saves work also for the german version = double trophies xD
Just edit the sfo data with sfo editor and change the name of the folder to ur bles code and u will be fine

Oh damn,
i try now for 2 hours to change it the region to Bles01343 (Germany) but without success.
I did exact what the totorial shows and created a save wich was valid but when i load the game no savegame is shown?
Does someone has a save with Bles01343 for me please?
And one more question:
Is it enough to change BLUS in BLES or should i change the following number 30666S02 in 01343 too with Hexeditor?
