Does it unlock any quick trophies?

Yes, unlock Wicked Deep Pockets, just sell a item and the trophy pop(tested) and maybe if you beat a mission you will get finish normal and hard because those missions are already complete, but did anybody have a save with the 10,000 enemies killed and some good weapons to try Boned, because im always one of the bones when i try to get that and i need to be alive.
