Couple saves to test for anybody still working on this game.
I lost all of my saves when my 60gig FAT YLOD'd... and I was still missing these two trophies for the plat.
Went back to play it.

Chantry Historian:
Take first set of stairs on left. At top of stairs turn left, and left again... last history is sitting on top of crates

I took the shortest path here and went for the potions
Go to the "Order potions" and create "Elixir of Heroism"

You must login or register to view this content. Archaeologist - Upon loading this save you will be facing a torch inside a small room within Templar Hall. The enigma is on the wall near the torch, press x to grab it and the trophy will pop. Be patient, it takes a good 15-20 seconds to pop after acquiring the item.

You must login or register to view this content. Dragon Slayer - Upon loading the save head south toward the plot point on the map (just a few steps). You will immediately be thrust into battle with the High Dragon. Simply win the fight and the trophy pops. I set the gameplay to casual so this fight should be a breeze.

You must login or register to view this content. I Got Your Back - Upon loading the save, simply loot the chest Hawke is facing. This is the last armor upgrade needed for Varric. Upon looting the chest it will automatically be applied to him and the trophy will pop.

You must login or register to view this content. - Upon loading the save, you will be facing an opening in the wall with a ladder in it. Enter this opening. In the new area go straight through the hall to the middle room. You will immediately be engaged in conversation with the ancient demon Hybris. Just spam through that with (Square) and pick dialogue options that are along the lines of being disinterested in what he has to say and fighting him. Fight will start (I set the gameplay to casual) and it's among the easiest major boss fights in the game. Win the fight and the trophy pops.

You must login or register to view this content. Conqueror, Crowning Glory, Champion of Kirkwall, & - Upon loading this save, head out of the Templar Hall prison (should already be facing the exit). When the next screen loads you will be in a cut scene where Meredith loses it. Just spam through the conversation with (Square) and you will eventually be in combat with her. I set the settings to casual so this fight should be pretty easy. Simply win the battle and you will pop the trophies for Conqueror, Crowing Glory, Champion of Kirkwall and hopefully Epic. I was able to get Epic as I did import my Origins save so hopefully that pops for others as well.

You should also download the black emporium, it's free anyways. You might need it for the supplier trophy on this thread. I already had the black emporium when I tried out that save so am not sure if the save works or not if you don't have it.

I'm going to try to do the Exorcist and A Worthy Rival trophies

Okay I've done the two trophies I said I was going to put up. Both trophies can ONLY be earn in Year 2 after the "Deep Road". Now you can earn them without doing anything btw your welcome lol. Enjoy my saves NGU.

I have tried the Chantry Historian and keep getting corrupted save.. I am using SFO edit to change the region to UK and then Game Genie to convert the game save over to my profile and getting the error that it is corrupted..

my mistake, I got them all working now except the last one.. :/

someone has the saveset without dlc?
because i can´t load the saves.
