Yes you can convert Bles to Blus via a hex editor but it seems for some that even that is beyond there comprehension and understanding. Its not as simple as just dragging and dropping files from one save to another as this sometimes causes corruption problems with saves so this is the easiest method i know of for you.

Take YOUR save folder and your downloaded save you want and open them, compare the files and ensure the contents in each are the same (some may be missing the param.sfo) if it IS missing one add yours to it instead. Now back out so you can see YOUR saves main folder, im converting a MW3 campaign BLUS to BLES in this example

Right click and rename so that BLES01428-AUTO- is highlighted blue and hit copy
Go over to your DOWNLOADED save, right click and rename so that BLUS30838-AUTO- is highlighted and hit paste
Yes i know it sounds dead simple but understand im not the one asking others for different regions lol
