Yo! sup community XD
ok first i'm a total noob , so if this not the right section please tell me where to post this (or just move the thread ) and take it easy on me
so I just plated God of War Ghost of Sparta (PAL version downloaded from PSN) and i would like to share my save data.

- 2 Saves:
- Final Boss, Spartan mode ( Hard):this save is at the very end of the game,right before the final Boss
- Save data for global options: this is the save data for all treasures, unlocked items all trophies unlocked/100% completed (after Platinum)

Well according to the guys, these saves worked with the PAL version of the game, i bought the game from PSN store EU, the only trophies i'm sure about is the 'God Amongst Men' trophy, you just have to finish one challenge and 'Zeus May cry' trophy for completing the game on Hard, it might give you more if you replay the game try to collect like one feather or one eye and see, you might trigger the Feathers/eye trophies still not sure about it though.
but again you need the PAL version to get these saves to work, that's what i've heard from the guys.

I am using a PAL version and your save files work fine. I loaded it and was up to the final boss fight. I am just unsure as to how to get the trophies from your save file to overwrite my ones? Forgive me if I have misunderstood but i was under the assumption that the save file would pick up what you have done and overwrite mine

No it overwrites your save and game progress only, if you haven't gotten the 'Zeus May cry' trophy yet try and beat the final Boss to get it, use the second updated save made by merrick97 it'll be easier with the costume
and to get the challenges trophy just beat one challenge and you’re good to go.Edit:
i reread your post and i got the feeling that you haven't tried that before, i mean using another saves to get trophies, especially when you said 'I was able to copy your save files over using Xploder but for some reason the trophies didn’t get updated' it doesn’t work like that you need to do some specific stuff to trigger the trophies, for example in order to get the 'Zeus May cry' you need to beat the game on hard, and that save is right before the final Boss just survive the fight and kick his butt to get the trophy
and to get the 'God Amongst Men' trophy, you just have to finish one challenge again to trigger the trophy, the saves overwrites your in-game progress not your trophy data, trophy data are located on a different partition of your PS3 HDD

I can t use the merrick97's save and i don t understand, why ?
I know it s US and i am EU (ES for playstation hu?!?) but we can change the region ... i did it with SFO Edit but when i copy to my ps3 it creates a new folder called god of war ghost of sparta and when i want to load the save (in the game) i don't see the merrick97's save.
And i can see and load the stigmata's save ...
Someone can explain me please ?
