Might be 100%.
As I see, only Time Attacks are missing and needs to be done.

Also, the Untouchable and clear Splash Zone Hill act 1 etc must be done yourself. Getting 99 lives etc comes by getting 1, as you have 999. You get a trophy for earning all chaos emeralds by getting 1.

So, some work must still be done.
