theres a glitch for getting the trophy for completing the game on xtreme:

It has been reported that this trophy can be unlocked by glitching it. I've tested this on my 2nd account and I can confirm that this glitch does indeed work. In order to perform the X-treme difficulty glitch you must do the following:
Beat the game on either New Mutant or X-Man difficulty.
At the main menu screen select Continue
When given difficulty settings select X-treme
When game loads simply press the [Start Button] button and select Quit and the select Yes to return to the main menu
Now select Load Game, go to your mutant save file and Select Mission to load the final mission of Final Showdown
Simply finish the entire mission and beat the final boss
This glitch was discovered by Solid_Fantasy.

doe you also have by any chance a Shadow Matter save at the end of the game
