As for the "leeching" part. If he were to use one of your saves to reach the gold trophy, he should atleast credit the work for making the first save, but if he played until that point, he can give himself credit for that particular piece of work. But who got it first, if it's 2 all seperate saves.. who knows.

I have not used your save.
I started a new game on normal difficulty.
And save all the 20 victims, myself.

Man you 're a little wizard, you ARE smart don't you.

1. You donwloaded my first job.
2. You went on screen and set the game from Hard to Normal. (DAMN IF YOU WERE AMERICAN OR JAPANESE YOU COULD HAVE BEEN RIGHT 4 DIFF. REGION)
3. You keep playing it untill you reached the trophy.
