Regardless of the region, the letter "C" tells you that the game is a PS3 exclusive.

yes the "C" is PS3 exclusive but i say that looking at the box of the game you found the code (BCES, BLES etc) and this tells the region of the game, no?

Yes you can get the disc ID code from looking at the spine of the gamebox.
The only games that it doesn't work for are the PSN downloads, those are more difficult to find the ID codes.

you have the reason but if you download from US Store the game will be US region and if you download the game from EU Store the game will be EU region, no?

Yes that is correct... if you downloaded the game from the US, then it will have a US game code, and if you downloaded from Japan or Europe then the game will have a code from those regions.

You can also find the code in fine print around the border of the disc itself. Its normally on the right side of the circle.
