I have not tested it, but it should work. It includes profile settings and manor. I deleted my last save file for hard difficulty (trying to be neat and clean up my saves) but you should be able to reload the last level, change it to hard difficulty and breeze through it with cheats on. Same goes for the time trials, just choose a short trial. I recommend using the golden shotgun (one hit kill) and bulletproof/invincible to make things easier - You can only die if you fall.

Sorry if this has already been posted. I know I could not find any when I was searching for it before I started the trilogy.

If itr's completed 100%, you wont unlock the "Sweet Victory" one, so you still need a whole new playthrough with no cheats Its not hard at all on easy.
But you can play 1 level, and it dings for completing it. Also you can do 1 speedrun and it works for ding in that area.

Relics and Artifacts, I'm sorry but these must be gotten again So set difficulty to easy and breeze through the game using a collectibles guide.
