ok the save is half way through chapter 1 - why?
anyway i recally now why i stopped playing - this game is so bad, im not continuing after my test account tried this.
if you go to chapter select and chose ''the end'' you get trophy for finishing game on easy. if you can find any collectibles they pop.
however all upgrades are done so none of those pop and there are a few other trophies you need to do, like finishing bits in a time frame or without dying.
its just too frustrating. im done.

So no hard difficulty didnt pop?

nope, you would have to start a new game on the hardest setting, wait for it to save then quit and go to final part of the chapter 1, finish it and you get one trophy, then once it rolls over to chapter 2 let it save then quit and go to final part of chapter 2, keep doing that for all 6 chapters then all the other 3 difficulties pop.
but i just tried end of chapter 1 - if you die you restart and there is one enemy too hard for me, so im done with it. the fact you cant get upgrade trophies means you will never get close to a plat on this save, so its of little use really. how odd will it look completing the game on all difficulties and not upgrading anything once?
