Yes, this is the save for Adrenaline Rush trophy.
The txt file says :
When I load this save, I just press L1 to stop the guy just before he switch on the alarm.
I tried 10 times but the trophy never pop. Am I missing something ?

What I do for that trophy is use the save for inhuman menace load the autosave file or quick save (which ever has you start in a dark hall) from there walk till u see a door on your left and right side wait for the guy to come out of the door to your right grab him from behind and kill him then walk down the hall and get the attention of a guard so he walks toward you to see what's going on when gets near you grab him and kill him should get trophy it's kinda hard will take a few tries but does work I do it all the time when I do the plat for people hope this helps enjoy!
